Accounting Assistant

Temp to Hire 

Located in downtown Austin (parking paid), we have a client that is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant.

Position Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years AP/AR experience
• Review and post billings and adjustments
• Code and submit invoices for approval
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Must be able to handle multiple projects
• Strong customer service skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
