Investor Relations Analyst

We currently have a client who is looking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst. This position’s responsibilities include research and analytical support and assisting with coordination of external reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

 The qualified person must be able to respond accurately and timely to investor information requests and assist with the preparation of external communications and updates to the website along with setting up calls and meetings with buy side investor and sell side analysts.  Additionally, he/she will maintain the investor contact database and provide market intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Investor Relations, corporate communications, or related financial market experience

•Minimum of bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, MBA preferred. 

•Strong organization skills

•Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products with heavy power point and excel experience.
