Microsoft SQL Database Administrator

A growing company in South Austin, Texas is ready to expand their IT Department and is looking to hire an experienced Microsoft SQL Database Administrator (DBA)

Requirements:

• BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
• 2-3 years IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
• 3-5 years Microsoft SQL Server experience; SQL 2008 experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 preferred
• Ability to use SQL Agent to schedule tasks and manage them
• Mastery of Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Definition Language (DDL) and Transact SQL
• Ability to create stored procedures and functions of a moderate complexity
• Experience creating and deploying packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques
• Ability to travel internationally (infrequent basis)
