When you assume the role of Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, your responsibilities will include:

• Reporting to the SVP-Finance, actively involved in the execution of the financial analysis and planning for a $3 billion organization.
• Developing budgets and forecasts, generating internal management reports, monitoring key performance indicators and ad hoc analysis for this geographically dispersed, multi-location entity.
• Preparing and providing analytical support for organizations strategic plan, annual budget, quarterly board meetings and monthly business review.

In order to be considered for this job, you absolutely must have your Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, with MBA/MPA highly desired. Candidates who are CPA certified or eligible are preferred. Additionally, you must have:

• Experience in an energetic, highly demanding corporate organization that is heavily analytical and data-oriented
• Strong financial planning & analysis experience (actuals, forecasting, risk, etc)
• At least 5 years of tenured, progressive experience in financial analysis and Forecasting, including in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and working knowledge of corporate finance concepts.
• Guru-level understanding of systems such as Excel, Proclarity, Cognos, Oracle or Essbase, and total mastery of PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to be a strong team player, and to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and in multiple locations.
