Senior Auditor

We have a growing, south Austin Firm ready to hire a Senior Auditor. There is no over night travel involved! The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting, business administration, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of public accounting auditing experience. CPA or eligible for CPA exam preferred.

• Must be experienced in all phases of the audit process.
•  Strong knowledge of GAAP.
•  Some experience in preparing non-profit tax returns.
• Outstanding client service and written/verbal communication skills.
•  Skilled in analytical techniques such as sampling, trend, and cost/benefit analysis; developing audit programs to gather evidence through interviews, testing, observation, and research; obtaining understanding of internal controls; reporting and notes to financial statements.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word, ProSystem Engagement working paper software,and tax software.
