Senior Finance Manager - Plano, Texas

This is an exciting opportunity working in a small, growing division of a large corporation.  It will be a leadership role across the business.  The Senior Finance Manager will directly support the GM with business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Finance, Accounting & Operations.  This position requires the ability to identify potential sales opportunities, understand the sales cycle and drive the processes in a growing and challenging environment.

Job Description/Requirements:

• General Accounting experience to oversee the P &L, A/P, A/R, Revenue Recognition, etc. He/she will also help develop accounting policies & procedures.
• Strong financial knowledge to assist with the forecasting, P&L management, and the financial plan.  Also, must be able to work with contracts and understand commercial terms.
• Must have experience supporting Sales and Marketing in a growing organization.
• Must have strong Revenue Recognition experience and the ability to help structure customer agreements.
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Accounting/Finance Degree required, MBA desired
