VP Finance, Austin

We have been engaged to assist with the search for a VP of Finance. This position will have a variety of responsibilities including managing the Accounting close process, FP&A, Investor relations, Treasury, Risk Management, Cash Management and Strategy. They are seeking a high level professional with the following experience

· FP&A – Experience directing the Financial Planning and Analysis activities of the organization, including creation of the annual operating plan, incentive compensation reporting, management reporting, and other special projects.

· Investor Relations – Experience managing relationship with outside banks and investors, including a working understanding of trends and positioning within the capital and debt markets.

· Treasury and Risk Management – understanding of treasury and cash management best practices and manage the insurance requirements and relationships of the organization.

· Working Capital – Ensure most efficient use of working capital is utilized.

· Strategy – Support Sr. Management in implementing strategic goals. including the ability to take conceptual ideas from C-level management and translate into detailed business models.

· Hands on, tactical ability to close books and strong knowledge of GAAP.

· Minimum 10 years of progressive, related Accounting/Finance experience, 5 or more of which are be at the management/executive level.

· Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)

· Certified Public Accountant designation preferred
