American Association of Finance and Accounting (AAFA)

Founded in 1978, AAFA is the largest and oldest alliance of search firms specializing in the recruitment and placement of finance and accounting professionals.

Harder Consulting is the official Austin representative for AAFA. Membership in AAFA is by invitation only, beginning with a recommendation from one of the big 4 Accounting firms. A proven track record, and unblemished business reputation and demonstrated success are considered in the qualification process. Additionally, an AAFA member firm subscribes to the highest standards of service and business integrity.

The AAFA affiliation gives Harder Consulting extensive resources and the search capabilities of a nationwide network. Candidates also have access to opportunities for which they would not otherwise be considered.
